Overview
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will lead the Marketing efforts and strategy for our PC/Mobile game, Impostors. You will develop go-to-market strategies and drive collaboration between the internal team and external partners to execute on and achieve our goals regarding user acquisition, engagement and retention. This includes creating and running all social media and Influencer programs, SEO, email and mobile marketing programs as well as creating and monitoring metrics for measuring & ensuring our success. This role reports to our Head of Gaming, Rick Ellis.
Responsibilities:
- Own and deliver the marketing strategy for Impostors. Align strategy with financial plans and audience insights to launch and scale Impostors
- Create data-driven marketing strategies to capture target audiences and increase market share
- Collaborate with Finance and the Impostors game team to build financial models and business cases for marketing campaigns
- Develop a framework for multi-channel go-to-market campaigns that expand the reach of our product and live services
- Conduct market research of the game & Web3 markets and apply these insights to our marketing strategies and campaigns
- Collaborate with the game team to develop roadmaps that align with acquisition, engagement and growth strategies
- Partner with the game team to inform our creative strategy and produce key assets
- Partner with finance on budget management
Requirements
- Knowledge of and deep passion for PC & mobile gaming
- 5+ years of experience in video game marketing, product marketing, or brand marketing
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Integrated Marketing experience including paid, owned, and organic channels
- Experience with influencer marketing
- Avid gamer is a MUST
